Tray of Puff Puff

Puff-puff is a traditional African snack made of fried dough, shaped into balls and deep-fried until golden brown. Also has a doughnut-like texture but slightly chewy.

Self raising flour, sugar, yeast, sea salt and fried in vegetable oil
